halloween decorating

Every year, my mom and sister decorate for Halloween. And I do mean decorate. Cute Halloween things adorn their houses and yards. It's very festive. As I got out my single meager box of Halloween decorations this weekend, I realized that the decorating gene must have passed me by. These pictures are the sum total of my Halloween kit: a few pieces of Fiestaware, some pumpkins, and a few dried-up ears of corn. On the plus side, it takes me a lot less time to both decorate and put things away. Oh, and my mom is making me a great Halloween table runner, so I guess the house won't be quite so bereft of seasonal decor.
