For example, you could:
* Buy a house in the suburbs
* Get married
* Have a baby 9 months and 10 days later
* Sell house in suburbs, move to deluxe apartment in city
* Have a second baby 19 months after the first one
* Buy house in small town
* Quit jobs and leave security behind to move to small town
* Restore old house (this may take longer than four years!)
* Create a perfectly happy family
