We're buying a house! Not just any house, this house:
My mom wonders if it would look better without the green shutters. I did a little amateur photoshopping to see. What say you, readers of Circus Forticus? Leave a vote for or against the green shutters in the comments.
This is a very cool house. I am looking forward to making a trip to Indiana to see it, likely with Tyler in tow who will run all over the yard I'm sure.
I've commented on the shutters above, but I'll say again that I think they add something to the house, make it more complete and rounded out. Without the shutters it looks like an older house out West or something. I can't quite explain what I mean.

Hey what will you do with the white picket fence play yard out back? Will you add a playhouse and a swing set? I had a playhouse in my backyard as a child and my brother and I would play. It was home made, not plastic, and had a door and two windows and a roof, and everything. There was a crab apple tree outside it that we would climb. I bet Holli and her dad could build one! (Like you don't have enuf painting and stuff to do in your new house! I'm like a little devil whispering my ideas in your ear.)
If you don't like the green shutters you could make them a pale gray instead...
